Shipping Method
All orders from Urban Artefact are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Insured to ensure your items arrive safely and securely.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and delivery destination. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Urban Artefact is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Risk and Responsibility
Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser once the package is handed over to Royal Mail. All items are fully insured during transit, but customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Urban Artefact immediately at hello@urban-artefact.co.uk.

Special Instructions
For high-value items, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. All items are shipped in secure packaging to protect them during transit.
